IMPORTANT

If you are travelling within the next four weeks, we may not be able to offer you travel vaccinations due to vaccination schedules. If this is the case, please contact a travel clinic.

If you think you may need some vaccinations prior to travel, please come into the surgery to collect a travel health questionnaire. The receptionist will then book you an appointment. The questionnaire must be completed in full and returned to reception at least 7 days prior to your booked appointment.
